Anchor bolt drawings are usually complete within 3-6 weeks for a standard metal building. Steel building delivery is 12-16 weeks after placing an order. High complexity jobs have additional timeframes.

We provide engineer stamped certified permit drawings with anchor bolt layout and reaction loads to help with concrete design and building permits. At the time of delivery you will also receive erection drawings with additional details for building construction. Topline Steel Buildings does not provide foundation plans. We can customize any size metal building you need starting at 2,400 square feet. 40×60, 60×80, 50×100, 60×120 are the most common sizes. We can do as large as 200′ wide with no interior column.
